Yesterday was an exciting day for us as we put our online workshop skills to the test. Not content with running a virtual workshop in the UK, we added to the challenge by running a truly international event where most of the participants were in the Southern Hemisphere!
Brilliantly led by Sam, the participants really enjoyed the session and we got some amazing feedback from seasoned Agile pros and newcomers alike. Thanks so much to Julia for inviting us; we learnt so much delivering it this way and with a few tweaks we’re confident we have a great format for anyone wanting to learn more about delivering projects in an Agile way.
